This is the area where we can give you sizeable savings on your existing telecommunications costs. On landline calls Sermo Telecom are typically 70% cheaper than BT.

We can take over the billing of call charges for

• landline to landline calls,
• landline to mobile calls and
• international calls.

On calls to mobile phones we are typically 50% cheaper than BT, but in real terms this presents by far the largest cash saving for your business due to the high call costs.

This ensures we’re able to deliver a resilient network, where any outages are simply rooted around and disruption is kept to an absolute minimum. The network we use is responsible for carrying over 2 billion minutes of conversation every month and serves over 100,000 UK business customers. You could say it’s tried and tested.

A hassle free service

There’s no need to change your current telephone number, and you can keep your existing services such as 1471 and 1571. We’ll also give you a single bill for both your calls and lines.  This is available by e-mail and also on-line.  Our dedicated UK customer service and account management team will conduct regular service reviews so any changing requirements of your business can be fully met.

There's no minimum call spend, but remember a 12 or 24month contract applies.
